  • Overview

    The Component Fulfillment Processor is responsible for both the proper physical and systemic component fulfillment of Production orders, including, but not limited to, Work Order, Sales Orders, Material Orders, Special Orders, Repairs, Returns, H-Status, MRB and Timepiece orders.

    Responsibilities

    • Physically and accurately pick/issue and record, based on order requirements, Metals, Colored Stone and Timepiece components for all production orders using QAD and/or Eagle programs.
    • Create work orders for MRB orders, QC reworks, Component reworks, Vault reworks, overseas rejections (to be repaired locally) and Colored Stone re-cutting/re-polishing.
    • Transfer and put-away component materials as needed.
    • Review BOM’s for Repairs, Returns and created re-work orders and to pick and issue the necessary component materials required to complete and/or repair the merchandise.
    • Verify and consolidate all picked orders prior to sub-contract purchase order creation.
    • Create Sub-Contract Purchase Orders for production orders that require manufacture or refurbishment.
    • Report all inventory discrepancies, picking inaccuracies, BOM or other performance related issues to the Component Fulfillment Supervisor.
    • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of both Physical and QAD Inventory through accurate, concise, neat and timely performance of picking, put-away and processing duties.
    • Will be held accountable for the accurate performance of transactions and the proper maintenance of the work station.
    • Cross Train and proactively aide and assist within the Component Fulfillment Department as needed.
    • Aide and assist in other areas in the Operations Group or within the organization as directed by the Component Fulfillment Supervisor.
    • All other duties may be assigned and directed by the Management team.

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and organizational skills, multi-tasking and time management abilities.
    • Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.
