  • Overview

    The Design Project and Administrative Assistant will act as the primary support to the VP of Women’s Design and Design Projects Team to plan, organize, and execute various projects relating to the design development process. You will be a part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will be exposed to all aspects of the design process and maintain a consistent dialogue with cross-functional partners in the business.


    • Manage VP of Women’s Design calendar, meeting scheduling and preparation.
    • Systematically create and maintain Lineplan
    • Manage Design Team inventory
    • Systematically create all samples and job bags
    • Manage communications and approvals of all retail creations in design
    • Manage all process execution related to stone orders, Illustrator submissions, and custom creation requests.
    • Coordinate sample approvals between Executive Director and cross functional teams
    • Takes notes in Design meetings, issue recaps, and execute next steps so that the Executive Director is informed and receives all required follow up


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 
    • Knowledge of PLM preferred
    • Highly organized and self motivated.
    • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment and adapt to changes in priorities seamlessly.
    • Skilled in executive calendar management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of fine jewelry design and manufacturing is a plus.
