  • Overview

    Provide day to day support for Women’s Mainline, DY Signature, and High Jewelry Merchant team.  Responsible for maintenance of all Merchant & interdepartmental communication tools for all Women’s product lines, including Silver, Silver Pave, Gold, DY Signature, High Jewelry, and Children’s. 


    • Manage Merchandising functions within the PLM system for all relevant product categories: Silver, Silver Pave, Gold, DY Signature, Children’s.
    • Partner closely with Design Ops team to insure continued alignment between teams and build and maintain market Master Files (Line Sheets, Margin Rollup, Projections); Communicate updates to Merchant, Retail, and Wholesale Field sales team.  Own coordination of Market Book with Creative team and partner with MM and Wholesale team to update reorder tools.
    • Oversee digital Care Card process from beginning to end (identification of relevant product, gather data to be included in card, confirm shipment with product).
    • Partner in the seasonal creation of trend and competitive market recap decks.  Create Price Comp files for market with guidance from Merchandising Manager. 
    • Update pricing, product attribute and hierarchy information in Oracle/PLM system and communicate any changes. 
    • Maintain Creations work flow, partner with Merchandising Manager to approve requests, set pricing; JIRA point person on all projects relating to Creations. 
    • Review and approve all product details and pricing to be included in any Marketing vehicles. 
    • Support Merchants and Analysts with ad hoc reporting requests. 
    • Execute all necessary meeting prep for Merchant team, including but not limited to strategy boards, agendas, samples. 
    • Create, maintain, and issue lists for any product hierarchy/price/status code changes. 
    • Assist in market and HJ exhibition set up and clean up as directed; provide assistance to the Merchandising Vault as needed.
    • Participate in set up/operational support for in-house sales and new store openings.  
    • Responsible for general administrative tasks as needed. 


    • Interest in the David Yurman brand and business.
    • Eager to learn business and grow in role, willing to take instruction.
    • Extremely savvy in both Excel and PowerPoint. 
    • Team player with a positive attitude. 
    • Bachelor’s Degree.
